About me
Hi!
I'm Molly (she/they). A queer Disabled artist, maker, Brookes Fine Art BA alumni, life model, and life drawing teacher. I work in many mediums across print, sculpture, drawing and ceramics.

I create pieces using natural materials, including foraged berry dyes, textiles, mushroom ink, leaf prints, spore prints, and clay. I am fascinated by the seen and unseen, boring and beautiful, the domestic, the perfectly imperfect.
It may be through the tactile treasure of the humble cabbage leaf, or the fortunate finding of forageable mushrooms. Or maybe the not-so-fortunate surprise of finding a rat named Pat that lives behind your kitchen sink.
I often forage in local woods to find materials such as mushrooms and leaves.

I work at my home studio, situated in the back room of my home. It looks onto my edible garden.
The studio space is shared with my partner Anna who runs queer arts and events nonprofit T(ART) Productions.
When I'm not making art, I work as a Community Development Coordinator for Makespace. I get to work with and support a range of fabulous artists and social enterprises, and create beautiful spaces.

I also work at not-for-profit queer community events company T(ART) Productions CIC as a life drawing teacher, and volunteer at events and craft sessions.
